In the base layer, they use chicken perattu above one parotta and then place another one parotta on it and the second and middle layer fill with chicken curry and place the 3rd parotta on above and add chicken fry masala and wrap using banana leaf by placing one more parotta at top and cook once more. When opens the covering it will give a fully mixed taste.
